Waldemar (Waldi) and Malgorzata (Margaret) Niburski were both born in Kielce, Poland. After completing their university studies in Krakow, they married and, in 1987, embarked on a journey to build a better future. They chose to settle in Canada, joining Margaret’s parents who had already established themselves in this beautiful and prosperous country. Like many newcomers, Waldi and Margaret faced numerous challenges as they adapted to their new home. Waldi pursued entrepreneurial ventures, successfully opening and operating three pizzerias, while Margaret furthered her education at McMaster University. In 1989, they welcomed their first daughter, Claire, and in 1992, they were blessed with twin boys. As their family grew, they sought careers that would provide both professional fulfillment and a healthy work-life balance. In 1994, Waldi and Margaret found their true calling in real estate, launching their careers as a dedicated husband-and-wife team with Sutton Group Innovative Realty Inc. in Hamilton. Over the past three decades, they have built a reputation for integrity, expertise, and exceptional client service. Their commitment to excellence has earned them numerous real estate awards, though their greatest measure of success remains the satisfaction and happiness of their clients. Having gone through the immigration process themselves, Waldi and Margaret deeply understand the stress and excitement of moving whether to a new country or simply to a new neighborhoods.
